Our MPH cohort has been discussing health equity all semester but when we talk about our thesis projects it's clear some people are approaching this as an academic exercise while others of us see it as directly connected to communities we're from or serve. The conversations feel increasingly performative and I don't know how to address the disconnect without calling people out.
