Our product team has gotten really good at avoiding conflict by using process and frameworks to make decisions, but I think we're also avoiding the creative tension that comes from people actually disagreeing about what we should build. Everything feels very smooth and collaborative but I can't remember the last time someone changed their mind about something important because of a conversation we had.
