Our program team has gotten really good at hitting our metrics and reporting success to funders but we all know the data doesn't capture what's actually happening with our clients and I don't think anyone wants to be the one to say we're basically performing compliance theater. The gap between what we report and what we see every day is eating at me and I suspect it's eating at others too.
