Our startup cohort meets monthly to share progress and everyone presents these polished updates about their growth and wins, but I know from private conversations that we're all struggling with similar fundamental problems and no one will admit it in the group. I want to change this dynamic but I'm not sure if breaking the performance will help or just make everyone uncomfortable.
