Scenario

When peer groups maintain facades that prevent real support

Our startup cohort meets monthly to share progress and everyone presents these polished updates about their growth and wins, but I know from private conversations that we're all struggling with similar fundamental problems and no one will admit it in the group. I want to change this dynamic but I'm not sure if breaking the performance will help or just make everyone uncomfortable.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A group has collectively created a performance that blocks the very connection and help they actually need.
