Our team hired a consultant to help with our dysfunction six months ago and we all just perform being a healthy team when she's around and then go back to our old patterns when she leaves. We're paying good money to lie to someone who's trying to help us and I think we all know it but nobody will acknowledge how ridiculous this is.
