Our UX team keeps getting thrown impossible deadlines by the creative director and we all just smile and say yes even though we know the work will be rushed and we'll burn out trying to deliver. I want to push back but I'm not sure the others will support me and I'm afraid of being seen as the difficult one who can't handle the pressure.
