Our veteran job search cohort started strong but three of us got offers while four others are still struggling after eight months, and now our group sessions feel awkward because we don't know how to support each other when we're in such different places. The ones who found jobs feel guilty talking about work challenges, and those still searching feel left behind, and we're all avoiding the elephant in the room instead of figuring out how to make this work for everyone.
