The five of us in leadership development program are supposed to be learning together and supporting each other, but we're all from the same industry and will likely be competing for similar roles when this ends. We share vulnerabilities and struggles in our sessions but I can see everyone calculating how to use what they learn about each other's weaknesses.
More people experience this than they realize.
