The other designers in my cohort at this agency have all been talking about their salary negotiations and I realized I'm making significantly less than them for the same work. We're supposed to be collaborative but there's this weird competitive undercurrent now and I don't know if we should be sharing this information or if it's just making everything awkward between us.
