The therapists in my training cohort have started comparing notes about which supervisors give easier feedback and I realize I've been part of these conversations but something about it feels wrong - like we're gaming the system instead of actually learning. I don't know if bringing this up will make me look sanctimonious or if everyone else is thinking the same thing.
