The three of us came up through the same apprenticeship program and now we're all lead technicians at different facilities but when we get together we still fall into the same old patterns where Mike dominates every technical conversation and the rest of us just go along with it. We're supposed to be peers now but somehow we never figured out how to actually treat each other that way.
