When peer mentoring groups become unbalanced

The three of us in this startup accelerator cohort were supposed to be peer mentors for each other but it's turned into two of us constantly giving advice to the third person who never seems to take it and just keeps making the same mistakes. We're all getting frustrated but no one wants to hurt feelings and I'm wondering if we're actually helping each other at all anymore.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A reciprocal support structure has devolved into an unsustainable pattern that serves no one well.
