The three of us started this community health program because we wanted to address diabetes prevention in underserved neighborhoods but we keep getting pulled into grant requirements that don't match what the community actually needs. We all know this but we keep accommodating the funders and I'm not sure we remember what we originally set out to do.
More people experience this than they realize.
