The three of us went through apprenticeship together and now we're all trying to start our own shops in the same area and there's this weird competition thing happening where we're not sharing leads or advice like we used to. We keep acting like we're still supportive of each other but really we're all protecting our territory and I miss having people who actually understand this work to talk through problems with.
