Three of us got promoted to floor supervisors at the same time and we're supposed to be learning together but honestly we're mostly just trying not to look incompetent in front of each other while figuring out how to manage people who used to be our peers. We keep saying we should meet and share what we're learning but when we do get together it feels more like we're all performing confidence rather than actually helping each other.
