Three of us started this consulting practice together as equals but one person has emerged as the natural leader and the rest of us have started deferring to them on everything, and I don't think any of us intended for this to happen. We never explicitly decided on this structure but now it feels too awkward to address and I'm losing my sense of ownership in what we're building.
