We launched this creative project as equals but one person has become the de facto spokesperson and face of it while the rest of us do the behind-the-scenes work. It happened gradually and wasn't intentional, but now there's this weird dynamic where they get all the recognition and we feel invisible, and no one knows how to address it without seeming petty.
