When peer groups become echo chambers instead of growth catalysts

We're a cohort of senior directors who meet monthly and we all complain about the same leadership challenges but none of us actually implements anything we discuss and I think we've become a support group for staying stuck. I don't know if pointing this out will help us or just make everyone defensive about why they're not changing.
