How raising up the people behind me became the best of my work

I spent an hour today making an introduction that will probably get my mentee a job better than mine, and I did it without a second thought. Someone once opened doors for me when I had nothing to give back, and I've decided I pay that forward and then some. Lifting the people behind me isn't a chore I fit in around my real work anymore, it's some of the best of what I do.
