When AI handles the costing and you wonder what a cook brings

I use the AI now to cost out dishes and plan the prep, and it handles the math I used to sweat over. It's a relief, but it leaves me quiet. I stand at my station wondering what a cook still uniquely brings when the machine handles so much of the thinking.
