I'm the one running the meeting now, the one people wait to hear from, and part of me still feels like I snuck in. Growing up I never saw anyone who looked like me standing where I'm standing. So even when I'm doing the job well, it feels like I'm wearing a costume of someone who's actually allowed to be here.
