When closing the books is easy but running it all isn't

I can close the books clean every month; that part I've got. But now they want me overseeing the whole financial side, the forecasts, the controls, the people, all of it at once. In today's meeting the questions came from every direction and I felt myself shrinking. Closing I can do. Holding the entire financial function on my shoulders overwhelms me.
