I'm selling people something they pray they'll never have to use, so most of the time I'm just an interruption they want off the phone. I made forty calls today and heard no forty times, some of them rude. Each hang-up chips away at me a little, and tonight I'm sitting here honestly wondering if I'm cut out for this at all.
