When deciding whose work stops all day wears you thin

I can look at an IT queue at its worst and just feel which fix comes first, whose work stops if I get it wrong. But being the one who decides whose day grinds to a halt, over and over, has hollowed me out. Everyone's downtime lands on my shoulders.
