Another one of my best people handed in her notice this week, and in the exit chat she gave me the same polite, tidy reasons the last three did. I nodded and wished her well and didn't push. But a pattern this clear is trying to tell me something about what it's like to work here, and I've been careful not to really hear it.
More people experience this than they realize.
