When I can make the case but the resistance intimidates me

I believe in what I'm arguing for and I can lay out the case clearly. But the moment I have to actually push a room full of skeptical people to change, I lose my nerve. They cross their arms and I can feel the resistance in the air, and my voice gets smaller. Speaking up for it is one thing. Moving people is another.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

You can make the argument, but pushing resistant people to actually change intimidates you.
