When I only count a day as real if I am exhausted

At the end of the day I take stock by asking one question — how wiped out am I? If I still have energy left, a nagging voice tells me I must not have really worked. Somewhere along the line I wired exhaustion to worth and rest to failure, and now I can't feel okay unless I'm wrung out.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

You only count a day as worthwhile if it left you exhausted.
