When leading adds to the crises you already carry

I took the lead counselor role, and now I manage a team and answer to the district on top of everything else. But the kids' crises didn't go anywhere, I still carry every one that walks through my door. Now I hold theirs, my counselors' caseloads, and the district's demands, all at once, and no one holds mine.
