When leading the team means you stop solving problems

I lead the engineering team now, and I answer for how the whole plant performs. But I do it through other people, sitting in reviews instead of standing at the line figuring out why something won't run right. Solving the actual problem was the part I loved, and now my job is mostly asking other people how their solving is going.
