When I'm done with a job, I'm done. I just want out, fast, and I don't much care how it looks on the way. Last time I barely gave notice, dodged the handover, and left a manager scrambling. I probably burned a bridge I'll wish I hadn't someday, but in the moment all I feel is get me out of here.
