When managing stakeholders is fine until their agendas collide

I can keep most people in the loop and happy now. But this week one group wants the opposite of what another group demands, and both are looking at me to decide. Whatever I say, someone walks away angry, and I'm the one caught in the middle of a fight I didn't start.
