When meaning comes from how you work not the title

I used to think meaning came from the job title, but somewhere along the way it stopped mattering. Now I find it in how I do the small stuff, the care I put into a task nobody's watching. Whatever's in front of me, I've learned it can mean something because of the way I show up to it.
