When old family roles follow me into the office

I came into the family business thinking it would be simpler than working for strangers. Instead every argument from childhood follows us right into the office. My mother still talks to me like I'm twelve when I bring up a new idea in a meeting. The roles and the old wounds tangle together until I can't tell where family ends and work begins.
