I can forward a message or pass along a time without thinking twice. But the moment I have to write something as if I were my executive, to people far above me, I freeze. Who am I to talk to these people in her voice? I type a sentence, delete it, and feel far too small for the chair I'm sitting in.
More people experience this than they realize.
You can pass along messages, but speaking in your executive's voice to important people intimidates you.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
