I can dig through the numbers and find what's really going on in there. But then someone asks me for a straight answer, a yes or no, and the data just won't give me that kind of certainty. I stand in front of the room holding honest uncertainty while everyone waits for me to make it simple, and I feel the pressure to fake a confidence I don't have.
