When the HR systems overwhelm you and won't work together

There's the payroll system, the benefits portal, the time tracker, and the applicant tool, and none of them seem to talk to each other. I enter the same person's information four times and still get errors. Every day I feel like I'm drowning in logins and spreadsheets that were supposed to make this easier.
