They're offering me the step up, the better title, the bigger paycheck, and it would pull me out of the hands-on work that makes me feel like myself. I'd be managing the making instead of doing it. Everyone expects me to jump at it, and I'm sitting here torn, because saying yes means giving up the part of me I love most.
