When the routes and the physical demands of the job overwhelm you

Nobody tells you how hard the body takes it. The routes stretch on, the bins are heavier than they look, and by the third hour my back and shoulders are screaming. I'm new enough that I can't tell if this is just what the job is or if I'm not cut out for it.
