When the standard scans are fine but the hard ones rattle you

I can capture the standard views cleanly now, and most scans go smooth. But some patients are just hard to image, and sometimes I see something on the screen I can't quite name, and my confidence drains out. Someone's diagnosis might hang on what I catch or miss, and that weight rattles me.
