I walked out of three separate meetings today having agreed to three things that don't fit together. Each team is sure their thing is the priority, and no one is looking at the whole. I've got no way to get them in one room and pointed the same way, so they just pull, and I'm the rope. Everything I run is being yanked in four directions at once.
