When work no longer defines your worth and the boundary holds

There was a stretch where my job was the whole measure of me; a bad day at work meant I was a bad person. That's not true anymore. I can shut the laptop and actually be at dinner, and a rough quarter doesn't shake who I am. I still care about the work. I just don't hand it my whole sense of worth.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen
