When you answer for the line but can't catch it yourself

I had an eye for the defect nobody else would have seen, the tiny flaw that would've cost us later. Now I'm the QA supervisor, and I answer for the whole line's quality through other people's eyes. I trust my own hands more than the reports, but my hands aren't on the line anymore.
