When you are invisible in success and blamed in failure

I built the pipelines that quietly move everyone's data while they sleep, and when it all works, no one thinks about it for a second. But the night a job fails, my phone lights up and suddenly everyone knows my name and wants to know what I did wrong. A whole career of being invisible in the good times and the villain in the bad ones has worn me down more than I expected.
