When you built the business but carry it all alone

The business runs now, and on paper I've made it. But every hard call still lands on me alone, and there's no one above me to catch me if I'm wrong. I built exactly what I wanted, and some nights the weight of carrying all of it by myself is almost too much to say out loud.
