When you can finally see a job offer whole and choose

I can look at an offer now and see the whole picture at once, the pay, the real cost of living there, the stock, the growth, what it'll do to my life. I lay it all out and the right answer usually shows itself. It took me years and a couple of bad calls to be able to see this clearly.
