I can wire up and troubleshoot any network on the plant floor, and it's a good feeling. But now my phone rings on weekends, on vacation, in the middle of the night, because I'm the only one who really understands how it all fits together. If I'm out, things grind to a halt, and that's a heavy thing to carry.
