When you can gather the data but not structure the problem

I can collect all the data in the world, spreadsheets full of numbers and interviews and notes. But when it's time to shape it all into a clean framework the way the senior folks do, my mind just scatters. I sit surrounded by facts I can't organize, watching everyone else make it look effortless.
