When you can grow an audience but keeping it up burns you out

I finally cracked it, the posts are landing, the numbers are climbing, people are showing up. But the machine never stops, and to keep the growth I have to keep feeding it, day after day, until I'm running on empty. I can grow it; keeping it going without burning myself down is the part that's breaking me.
