When it is on the rate table, I am fine, I read across and there is the number. But the second something does not fit the table, a risk that is not standard, I am lost. I have no feel for how to build a price from nothing, and I just hope the odd ones do not land on my desk.
More people experience this than they realize.
You can use the rate table but cannot price a risk that does not fit it.
