I keep losing track of which rooms are clean, which are dirty, and which still have guests in them. This morning I sent a cleaner to a room that wasn't checked out yet, and later a family stood in the hall waiting on a room I thought was done. Everyone keeps asking me for a straight answer, and I never have one.
